Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

You will receive an automatic email confirmation of your purchase. Should there be any queries regarding your order you will be contacted by email. You will also be contacted by email if all items on your Internet order are back ordered. So please ensure your email address is typed correctly on your Internet order.

If one or more items on your Internet order are in stock and items are also back ordered you will be informed of the back ordered delays on the bottom of the Invoice.

 

Shipping And Handling

These charges apply to each item.  

Our UK postal charges are: - £2.00 for first item, 50p there after. 

For an additional £4.00 we can send your order to you by Special Delivery which is guaranteed to get to you before either 9am or 1pm on the following working day. Please note that Royal Mail will require a signature for this delivery. This service is only available if the item is in stock. If you order special delivery we will always email you to tell you what is in and out of stock.

Delvieries to Europe are:- £4.50 and to the rest of the world are:- £7.00 

 

Delivery Schedule  Deliveries take 3-5 working days and the Rest of the World 5-10 working days.

 

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

 

Credit Card Security We use Paypal as our credit card processor as they have very high levels of security. No credit cards details are recorded by us or stored on our website.

Payments From Abroad Your credit card will be debited at the exchange rate on the day of purchase. Refunds will be made at the exchange rate on the day the goods are received. All prices are displayed in UK pounds sterling.

Guarantee & Privacy Policy Hey Cheeky do not disclose buyers' information to third parties except for delivery purposes. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket once you have selected an item.
Returns Policy The returns procedure is on the back of each invoice you receive. Please complete the 'Returns Form' on the back of the invoice, detach and return in the original parcel along with the returned goods. You can return goods for an exchange or a refund. PLEASE NOTE: You will be refunded the same way you paid for the order. Please allow 14 days for your account to be credited. Additional payment will be needed for exchanges that are higher in value than the returned goods.

 

Returns Guarantee We guarantee to refund or exchange goods if you are not entirely satisfied. We ask only that non-faulty items should be returned unworn and with all original tags attached. We would like to ask customers to take care when trying on garments. Your statutory rights are not affected.
